Intermittent fasting is apparently an up and coming trend which has many benefits for your body and mind. It is basically a cycle in which you avoid eating for certain periods of time. I liked the way how author has explained intermittent fasting. It's easy to understand and implement fasting techniques. I would highly recommend this book!
