Most Helpful

A reasonable book, ruined.

Would you try another book written by Health Guru and Richard McGregor or narrated by Nicole Bolster?

Possibly from the same author(s) but I'd never buy another book by the same narrator.

What did you like best about this story?

The information was interesting once you'd worked out what had actually been written!

What didn’t you like about Nicole Bolster’s performance?

The narration is THE worst I've ever heard! It's akin to reading a book with incorrect punctuation - random commas and full-stops (periods) thrown in. This is NOT a complaint about her accent - she simply seems unable to understand the structure of a sentence.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Intermittent Fasting?

I'd have to edit almost every sentence - cut the gaps/pauses so it actually sounded like it was written.

Any additional comments?

Please re-record this book and offer it FREE to all of us who've had to endure this version.
