really excellent hypnosis

This worked really well for me even though at first I didn't expect it to.
And here's a strange thing. I had a really hard knot of sore, tangled up muscle in my shoulder- easily visible to my partner and easy to feel. During the "relax your muscles" part, I was aware of this sore spot, & focused on it. It suddenly got really hot, & stayed hot till I dropped off (before the tape ended, which is the idea of course). Next morning: that knotted muscle had more or less disappeared! Magic?.No, of course not - but an indication that I really had relaxed even those muscles. Plus...a great sleep.
Only 1 small criticism is that his instructions on "breathe out, breathe in" we're consistently too fast for me. But that's a quibble.
I highly recommend this Audible 'tape.

I can't remember much about this audio book.....

...... I just woke up feeling refreshed after a sound sleep.
