How Not to Die by Michael Greger is primarily focused on the use of diet and lifestyle to help prevent the most common causes of death. Nothing new

Basically, 33 minutes on "eat more green vegetables". Perhaps the full book has more insight, but this didn't tell me anything other than the obvious.

A nice overview of the actual book

This was short and sweet and hit the key points of the book in an easy-to-understated fashion. The narrator spokenclearly and had a pleasant speaking voice. I am glad I.listened to this rather than the entire book, as a lot of this is common sense eating.
