effective but sends me to sleep way before the end
effective but sends me to sleep way before the end.
which is ok in the respect. i was testing it to help a friemd get a better nights sleep. personally i struggle to fall to sleep quickly without doing this most night's. maybe of i try it in the day it will feel different.
