a bit all over the place
If you're looking for life's missing instruction manual then this audible will not flow like the abc's. For me one has to start with some essential beginning skills and then progress onto other things and branch out. This book is all over the place and is 5 cd's long. So you get your money's worth with quantity but I feel not quality. I feel it really jumps all over the place and has so much in it that one turns away. Perhaps it's a personal thing but these 101 ways of doing things just gives me overload and I don't know what to work on first.
The Jack canfield success principles is really much better I feel. Also it's live audience so it's more real.
'Pure Meditation' by Pema Chodron and 'getting unstuck' is of tremendous value as a starting and finishing point.
If this review makes sense check out some of my other reviews, especially Ron Holland.

some good tips, but too much jumping around
There are a few great tips in this book, some of which I've heard many times before and a few that were quite insightful and I agree, someone should have told me before.
But, most of the time, the subjects switch too quickly. Additionally, the reader's tone isn't as casual and comfortable as I've heard from a number of other audible books. And lastly toward the end of the book, the author takes on a rather religious, preaching tone that I found annoying.
So, a few good tips. But that's about it.

Save your money/credits unless you have never learned anything from any experience you have had in your life or converse with anyone about goals and objectives. I purchansed this item to preview thinking it might be beneficial for my 17 year-old son, entering the college selection process. I would only give it to him as a joke or lesson in the fine art of the con. At the conclusion of each segment rader/listener is provided an offering of books to purchase and/or websites to refer to by the contributor of that 'lesson'. The tome of 'lessons' is full of contradictions, one will advise you to identify your goals and strive to reach. A future lesson will tell you to ask the universe in general terms provide what you want and the positive energy will bring it your way, then another will direct you to what you want through the power of prayer. Need advice on time management? Make a list and priortize, DUH. Don't walk..RUN from this publication.
