She speaks like she is not reading, or trying to sounds like special or particular. She speaks in simple words. At least in this book which is my first I'm listening from her.

good first step in learning meditation
great short read. extremely easy to follow. helpful techniques to learn one's self triggers and emotional cues. a quick read--with substance.
