Something that works!

I downloaded this book with a certain amount of scepticism since I have tried to lose weight, unsuccessfully, for years and years.
I have made a practise of playing the book last thing at night, whilst in bed. I am not sure if I have heard the whole of the recording as I become so relaxed and fall asleep with the book still playing. However, it certainly works - I increased my weight over the Christmas period and this download, on 4th January, seemed to be worth a try. In the month since I have had it I have lost 1st 2lbs and am already feeling so much better in my general health. Incidentally, I have just come back from a two week all-inclusive holiday with wonderful food and plenty of drinks available. It is difficult for me to believe what my scales and baggy clothes tell me. I have lost weight whilst on holiday! I have another 3st to lose. I will definitely be following the instructions. Try it and see what happens ........Annette
