Not so accurate

I've been reading a lot on low carb hi fat eating, whole wheat bread shouldn't be on the list but this guy says to eat whole grain wheat bread and oatmeal and bananas??? Ok Im aware there is a huge grey area between eating low carb and eating the American hi carb diet in this respect he is ok on his recommendation but I myself have been on the keto plan for 9 months and even one banana has a bloating effect, two slices of whole wheat bread is said to cause an insulin response equal to that of a coke classic. So if u want to really lose weight - read "keto clarity" and study the ketogenic diet it's very different from any other diet and not that hard and you will lose weight quickly and know how to keep it or have it back if u want to but bottom line u will learn your body thru a ketogenic diet and not thru wading in the grey area barely below hi carb eating and fooling yourself that u eat low carb and it doesn't work. If u are serious then do it!
