Not what it says on the tin.

What was most disappointing about Kerry Johnson’s story?

This was not about NLP and self-discipline. It was vaguely about NLP, and SD was put into the title to sell it. I think I was into chapter 4 before he stopped talking about himself, and I'm still none the wiser about HOW to use NLP to improve SD

Would you be willing to try another one of Kerry Johnson’s performances?

Nope.

Bad pronunciation and religious ending (?)

Repetitions in the book were OK, but the pronunciation was annoying and, frankly, a problem to understand. I mean, who says "discpln"? Speeding over phrases, making the almost incomprehensible and then having long pauses... I was not able to figure it out. Then, the book ended with a chapter about God and it all made sense. It has a specific demographic targeted. It is well researched but I am sure there are other books that carry NLP well. At least not in audiobook format.

Don't do it

I value my time and I do not feel that listening to this book was a good investment of my time. The information in this audio is not at all what the title and description would leave you to believe. The very limited amount of nlp presented here is very basic and can be found in far better books with far better information. If you've read into nlp at all, you should leave this book to sit on the shelf.

What's religion got to do with it ?

It was pretty good until he went off on Jesus and "submitting to God." Self help and business books like this should have a "faith based" warning or they should be listed in the spiritual or fiction sections.
