Would you consider the audio edition of Meditate Your Weight to be better than the print version?
Yes, because she guides the meditations. The pdf provides 66 pages of text that are for the journal part. Excellent value.
What did you like best about this story?
Not really a story - it's an exploration into how and why meditation helps de-stress and she guides the reader into very specific things to look at each day that cause stress and then has help for dealing with them on a daily basis for 21 days. This is a life-long skill that she's teaching and she does it very well. At least to Day 4!

Great book. Explains meditation and leads guided, graduated meditations in a very non-spiritual but very clarifying way. I'm 4 days in and am very happy with the whole package. It is making a difference in lowering my stress level and improving eating behavior. Blood sugar is down over 30 points without medication and I'm down two pounds in 4 days.

Although this book is titled Meditate your weight, I believe that anyone searching for holistic optimal health would highly benefit from this program. It took me about a year after purchasing it to finally start listening...my thoughts were, I'm not overweight but my teacher wrote it and I want to learn from her on how to help those that may struggle with that part of their life. I firmly believe that "when the student is ready, the teacher appears" and when the inspiration hit me to listen to it, I was SO pleasantly surprised. I had been wanting to get a regular meditation practice going, and this book exceeded my expectations...I loved part one, because I'm a huge nerd and she took the time to share all the fun facts/science behind why meditation is so life enhancing. Part two takes you on an easily accessible and slow building daily meditation journey...it got to the point where I was excited to wake up in the morning to do it, and a beautiful morning ritual eventually evolved...make tea, meditate, sip tea and journal. And part three offered such a lovely guided flow that truly anyone can flow through (simple yet effective). If you, like me, have wanted to find something to reduce anxiety and increase your peace of mind and confidence, I definitely recommend Tiffany's book!!!
