I love Marianne but...

Is really helping if you struggle with getting your mind to heal the negative thinking patterns of eating. However all those meditations and prayers are individually found separately on Youtube for free! Maybe just me because I am super familiar with her work, but i was expecting something a little more! But definitely can help!
