Increase memory power

This books provides great approaches & exercises to improve your memory. The practical steps for everyday memories exercise are very easy to follow. After reading, I’ve start practicing some of the simple exercises, and it’s really works!
There's no reason not to get this book. Despite your age, improving your memory is something people take for granted. Our minds is one of the most valuable assets we have and losing it can be very detrimental to not only ourselves, but those around us. Great book.
