Not great as audible book.

Although the content was interesting i wish I'd bought it in book format. I listened to it whilst out running and there were too many things to remember. An associated workbook as provided by similar works would have been useful to use as a reference.

interesting insight into how our mind works.

A clear and easy to digest explanation of this method of meditation. I think it is more useful to those who have already been mediating.
