This book is one of the most comprehensive works on mindfulness and mediation. The authors provide a great overview of what is available to you and then engage in the practice thereof with practical examples. What I did appreciate mostly is the inclusiveness of practice, from Hinduism, Christian practices, to the Kabbalah and other sacred practices, religions and spiritual practices. All in all, an enriching experience, which I am going to draw on over and over again and come back to on an ongoing basis.
