I thought I'd give mindfulness a try after reading an article about it, and I'm so glad I did! It really has improved my mood and outlook. I feel more calm and together, and if I feel myself getting anxious I can control it more easily. Highly recommended if you're an anxiety sufferer.

I have just listened to Glen Harrold once again and in fact I fell asleep! I felt so relaxed and calm as I always do when listening to the many wonderful recordings , together with music. Again I have only given one star for the story content as I don’t consider this to be a story but then I maybe mistaken.
