Simply Amazing

Some incredible insights & practices regarding maintaining ones eyesight / improving it

My sight was starting to get blurred at 47 though using some of these exercises my sight has improved
For many I see wearing glasses can be simply a choice to avoid

Not laid out very well

We are not given the time to do the exercises. It has us running outside and back in again with no warning, or suggests a 10 minute session but allows a minute to accomplish it, It is very disjointed
