Believing in Myself

I am a certified consulting hypnotist. I use it in counseling and find it to be an excellent tool for clients. This audiobook was very effective in aiding me with addiction to nicotine. The author layered the levels of identifying triggers and strengthened my skills. I was surprised when I completely stopped smoking after listening to the technique just one time!! I have no desire to smoke and I have smoked for 15+ years!!!! Thank you so much for giving the world this amazing, effective technique. I believe in myself, my strengths, and you brilliant knowledge.

Great Book!!!

Awesome book with teachings that will lead and guide you after you've finish.
Wonderful narrator, who speaks with passion. I recommend to anyone who is looking to form new habits with actual practices to do daily.
