It seems to work

I've been struggling for a couple of years for this or that reason. I started listening it in December. It's the second half of January and I get on with thing pretty easily. I usually put it on when I'm about to fall asleep or early in the morning if I wake up well before my alarm goes.

Glenn Harrold Procrastination

I loved this book as I love a lot of his cds .I find them both relaxing and uplifting. I especially like chapter 3 in this audio book as it is only 10 minutes long so can take time to listen to it during the day. I also have 3 of his Solfeggio cds which I listen to regularly and find they really leave me feeling relaxed - so much so that if I listen to them in bed I often fall asleep before the end. Mary Kate
