Excellent Mix of Theory and Practical Exercises
This book has really helped me in a very practical way. It explains why and how social anxiety develops and then lays out a clear step by step practical plan for gaining confidence in real life situations. I found it excellent and keep referring back to the book and the accompanying PDFs as I do each exercise (the PDFs are an excellent resource). Also lent it to my friend's daughter and it has really helped her and made a huge difference in her first year at university.
