Helpful in areas

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Certainly, it was a short snappy approach to a growing serious issue affecting many people.

This book covered many areas and approaches to try and help with binge eating, my rating is purely because alot of the information I have seen covered elsewhere, however, it was well collated and summarised and would certainly recommend to someone without a background in medicine/diet knowledge.

Great start with excellent tips.

If someone is looking to start getting in shape and changing there habits, this is a great starter guide. The tips are easy enough to follow and could lead to some improvements in the way you eat. I personally realized I have a lot of bad habits. Time to change.

The narration was done very well and keeps you interested.
