When the Student is ready, the Teacher appears ....

As per usual:- Deepak Chopra presents his material in an easy to understand format which is far more complicated yet at the same time more challenging than you'd first imagine.

An eye-opener! Whenever I'm exposed to Deepak's insights I wonder why I wasn't aware of them before, they're so "attainable" only to realise that I wasn't quite there yet.

One Size Doesn't Fit Most!

Finally a way of eating and living that takes into account that we are all individuals! What works for you may not work for me! This method of living is in perfect alignment with how I used to live my life before I started listening to all the nutritional experts and coincidentally before I started having problems with my weight! I also applaud the fact that this method of living recognizes that the image of beautiful bodies celebrated by the fashion industry and Hollywood are not necessarily healthy bodies or the only standard for beauty. I like it that the author of this book recognizes that not everyone needs to start the day with a meal and that there are no mandatory foods that you simply must avoid other than processed foods which usually aren't really foods at all but chemically made up junk infused with sugars, salt and a bunch of other things to get us addicted! I will definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to loose weight but is interested in embracing a healthier lifestyle as well!
