I have a few of Joel's Hypnotherapy Audiobooks and I have to say I do notice a change. I leave them on for most of the night and have found myself more motivated and more focused. I have had a problem with focus my whole life, not enough to say ADD but enough to wander around aimlessly for 15 mins now and then, forgetting why I walked into a room. I will continue to listen as I know change doesn't happen in one night!

Whatever the reason, it works.
Sometimes I think it's just enough that I put my attention into ::wanting:: to have better memory and be more clear about things in life. Or perhaps it's this audio recording sleep learning system. Whatever it is, after putting this on almost invariably I will be in a situation where I think, 'wow I can't believe I remembered that !! That's so cool !'
So... it works. This is the easiest way to shape my world into something I am proud of. Thank you.
