This is my first meditation and hypnosis purchase. I like the fact that even if you fall asleep whilst listening to this , the good that it does still working within your subconscious whilst sleeping.
I have seen an improvement & I do feel more positive and even after not gaining a job after an interview (and was totally gutted about it), having listened to this CD the next morning, I felt totally fine and positive bout my new day ahead....so definitely something is working. Magic stuff!

A great way to relax and awaken refreshed + calm

Even if you dont believe it will do whatbit says in the title this is a great way to fall asleep and I always felt refreshed the morning after. I definitely feel it had a positive impact upon my general outlook.
