Not what I expected.
This is not very long (30 mins) and i'm not sure if it works or not. What I do know is that I now run faster. I can't say that this is due to this audio book as I changed a few things over a six seek period, but I found it to be relaxing and my speed increased by about a minute per mile.

Tryed it but don't know. Dose help me get to sleep. Improved half marathon times, but can't say it's down to the book alone. Who knows!?
