Just Right!

Refreshing, different and sufficient for daily or frequent listening without being overwhelmed!
I like the flow of the book from introduction, choices of affirmations and the fact that it is backed up with good rhythm and music.
Only time will tell if it helps.
However just listening to this makes me feel peaceful.
Thank you Candace Pert and the music collaborators for the creative and positive work!
