Not what you think

This was sold to me as an hypnosis track book - it was categorised under that by Audible! I’d like my money back. Also - narrator not in a professional studio by sounds of it - can hear her shuffling position and sounds likes she’s whispering into something , occasionally making that wet noise with your tongue when you open your mouth and gulping. And shuffles again. This is more suited to hypnotherapy students!

Disappointing

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

Apparently the message is this : If you want to lose weight you need to go to a hypnotherapist. There are many many stories of successful outcomes where people changed their lives and lost weight by going to the author of this book, there are very few real indepths suggestions on how to lose weight or change your thinking regarding food. The real message is that all these people lost weight through hypnosis not by buying this particular book. Save your money and go to a therapist - a hypnotherapist.

The Best Way to Lose the Weight

What made the experience of listening to Reprogram Your Weight the most enjoyable?

I've read this book previously and it helped me lose weight immediately. But having the added dimension of listening to Erika Flint review her concepts, has made the process even better. Listening and re-listening to the key points while walking and in my car keeps reinforcing the important concepts about weight loss and my own journey to a better self.

What did you like best about this story?

This book has a great message and I immediately felt better after listening to this book.

Which scene was your favorite?

Learning about how childhood patterns influence our behavior for years to come.

Even if you have already read the book, you'll reap immediate benefits from listening to it as well. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Excellent audio book!

There are so many words of advice! I recommend anyone to read for freedom of how to lose weight. I personally chose hypnosis with erika, would do this again when I need more guidance! Thanks Erika, you are amazing! With love, Ruthann
