This is by far one of the most useful books I've listened to and i've found it so helpful and so easy to put into practice. I really recommend.
The book also includes practical steps called 'Over to you' to complete along side this book. I was struggling to write these out with the the audio format so i emailed the author who provided me with a word document of the steps to complete. I was so grateful and it definitely encouraged me to be thorough with the 'homework' and not skip past parts. I can already tell that this is helping me. Give it a go!
