They are equally as good, I found it useful having it in both formats so I could make notes while listening.
I really loved the bits that went into the biological factors surrounding our ability to be disciplined - it was really interesting to know that low blood sugar levels can be damaging to our ability to remain disciplined and will be taking it into account in future.
This is a how to inormation book, so no characters, but Josh did a good job of keeping it interesting and helping you to take points on board.
Not exactly, but I like the idea that self discipline is like a muscle, that you need to work it to make it stronger!
This is a great guide with some well-researched and interesting information, which I will be happy to put into practice in my own life. Thanks Ace and Josh - I will be downloading more!
