Sleep: The 10 Steps to Better Sleep.

What did you like most about Sleep?

This is a very useful book on sleeping disorder and sleepy hygiene tips. I was surprised to see that there were quite a number of information I did not know of, for example. to use your mobile phone as an alarm clock instead of a standard LED alarm clock and the Sleep App.

Excellent guide!

There's a great introduction to this book which talks about all those things which we forget about (or ignore!) that can have a very negative affect on sleep patterns and reduce our performance , things like 'depression' and 'anxiety', and the book also goes onto explain what reduced sleep actually means in term of things like weight gain, weakened immune system and reduced sex drive etc. It certainly made me think about how this is really affecting me.

Get Sleep Well Now!!!

Great book on the common things we do to sabotage our own sleep. These straightforward guidelines remind us of the things we know we should be doing anyway and teach a few things you may have never thought about.
