Very happy with this book as for once the information was put together in a quick and easily digestible format. I have been slowly implementing the advice over the past few weeks and have found it very effective. Happy with my purchase!

this book really came through for me, id recommend

Any additional comments?

Really good book which personally helped me a lot. This may not help everyone, nor do they claim it will, but i can really say this is the first book I felt actual real progress with. I started to feel a bit better pretty soon after getting this. I feel I still have a long journey to go to be totally “cured” from social anxiety issues but having tried at least 20 other books this really is the first one of any real use!
