Old fashioned and unhelpful

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Martin James?

Narration was good - that is one and the only bonus.

Any additional comments?

Not much to say really other than this is a very out dated type of book. It read likes a medical journal from the 70's - by that i mean it doesn't really give any advice and the advice it does give is often cliched or unrealistic. Didn't help me at all :(

Didn't help me at all :(

What could Angel Greene have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Given me proper advice I could actually use! Didn't find anything useful at all.

Any additional comments?

Really unhelpful book. Just didn't help me at all, if anything made me feel worse about my condition. I felt patronised. Social anxiety is such a horrid thing and books like this do not help anyone. Sorry, but i wanted to like this so much, but it was not for me. Maybe someone else will find it useful but i felt it was treating me like a child, not an adult with an actual condition.
