I took a chance on an affirmation recording to help me overcome a social anxiety issue. I simply felt terrible around others, lacking self worth etc and a general feeling of discomfort.
I had read that the night time recordings would be of extra benefit to me as I also have insomnia. So I looked around and found this one, ideal for both problems. I am pleased that I found this particular recording.
I slept very well the first night, which was quite incredible for me, but I also felt slightly different the next day. A sort of relaxed attitude to life. It is still early days for me, but I am very happy with the recording so far, as I feel it is already of immense benefit.
I can't recall exactly what I was listening to in the recording, as I fell asleep pretty quickly, again a massive ask in my life as I could typically be wide awake at 3 am. However, I can say that I fell a more mellow and less stressed approach to my social anxiety and in general being around others, even when out shopping for example.
I would say give this a try, you cannot lose, but you really could, like me, gain from it. All the best.
