Loved this - a worthwhile read / listen
As a non-scientist, it's a joy to find an authoritative source on how to optimise your cognitive ability and health based on robust scientific research and in such an easy to absorb format. There is so much dubious science out there but this is a trusted gem. I'm left only more confident to pursue creative interests and lead a healthy lifestyle - inspiring stuff indeed!

A well-read, easy-to-understand insight into how our brains affect our lives. A good place to start for people wanting to gather more information but not bogged down with do's and dont's. Not written like a self-improvement guide.
