Do you find it increasingly difficult to see things positively? Do you often believe that it's not going to work anyway, that you can't do something as well as others or that you’re not good enough? Do you often worry, brood a lot and are insecure - also about what others think of you? Yet you'd like to be able to think much more positively and deal with difficult situations in a relaxed way.
"Stop Negative Thinking!" can help you to break out of the negative circle of thoughts. After just a short time you will find yourself paying much more attention to the positive things in your life. You will feel more awareness for yourself and your needs and will become more optimistic with each passing day. You will learn to believe in yourself and will develop a real stop sign in your head for negative thoughts! The program is aimed at people who want to think more positively (again) rather than always thinking negatively and who no longer want to be victims of their negative thoughts. Kim Fleckenstein uses the technique of conscious negation in this program, e.g. with affirmations such as "you find it increasingly difficult to think negatively". With the aid of your sub-conscious, it will gradually get more and more difficult for you to think negatively at all.
Kim Fleckenstein is a certified alternative practitioner in psychotherapy, a clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP-Master-Coach. Her unique technique and self-experiences have helped to create the special character and heart of her recordings. Together with professional and native speaker Cathy Weber she also publishes her programs in English.

- Mrs D Slocock
The production is very well done. What to expect - you are talked into relaxation for the first part, then strategies to avoid or minimize negative thinking are suggested to you. You are supposed to listen every day for 4 week. Just listened 3 times and already experience what I would describe trying to ride a bike with the breaks on if anything significantly negative pops up or the thought hits a head wind once to are aware it is negative.
Obviously, 'story' doesn't apply to a production like this.
