Dr. Laura always helps me change my attitude.

Dr. Laura always reminds me to be a better me. She helps me get back on track to becoming the woman I want to be. Definitely worth the listen.

Outstanding Read! Changing My Life

I liked how Dr. Laura simplifies important truths and shows how to stop whining. Excellent in application and so timely in my life. Interestingly enough, I already began to change my life months ago with these very concepts burned in my mind. I decided to shut the whole franchise down on self pity and to simply grow up. I am so overjoyed to report how different I am today and the changes my friends and family see in me too. Following through on these changes are so worth it. The rewards infinite and surprising. I highly recommend this book to anyone going through very hard things as I am now. Dealing with chronic pain, grief and loss, and other issues self-pity is never far away. However, realizing this is an uninvited guest in my home, and I do not have to give it a room. Now I say simply, Sorry! We're booked up here!
