It just has a down to earth no BS or mumbo jumbo intelletual fluff i've always associated meditation with from a very unlikely source and was give great and proven FACTS that have convinced me this is something i need to AT LEAST try
The stuff about how it helps health and eathing habits with the part about studies to back it up... also the very easy meditation guide at the end which was short but left me feeling confident enough to try
Mostly him bringing up his experiences and what drove him to seek meditation in the first place
Wish there were more books as direct and down to earth as this, will be checking out more of Russells books as talking down to earth, direct and sensible without preachiness or jargon
