The best book on happiness by far *****
I often read about 2 to 3 books per week, This book is about happiness this book is by far the best book to date this book is the book I keep returning to time and time again the information is clear and real.

An uplifting listen
l enjoyed this audio. unfortunately it is filled with what to do and not how to do it. This is why I only gave it three stars, after listening to it twice.
