Fantastic!! Highly Recommended!!!
I just listened to a summary of How to Win Friends and Influence People by Millionaire Mind Publishing, narrated by Mike Norgaard. It is one of the most helpful and best articulated books that I have heard in a long time. If you havent read this book for whatever reason...time, interest, etc...I'm here to tell you that you do not have to. This summary provides you with ALL the necessary information that you need to know, and they do it in less than an hour. Believe me, that hour flew by! Basically, you are given all the main ideas and key concepts to help you be successful in building and maintaining relationships of all kinds. If you take the time to learn about and understand each principle as well as practice the application of each, you will have more quality and longer-lasting relationships with friends, love interests, colleagues, and business partners, as well as those you have yet to meet.
The book has outstanding organization. In each section, a principle is introduced and explained to the listener through words, quotes, and real-life, relatable examples. After the listener has an understanding of the principle, scenarios are given so that you can see it in action. Both sides are presented. For example, "If you choose to act like A, this could happen." or "If you choose to act like B, this could happen." This gives the listener a moment to think about and reflect on 1. How they normally would act in a specific situation and 2. How their actions positively and negatively affect others and WHY. The "why" part of it is the learning moment. Many people, including myself, sometimes act in ways that offend others or turn them off to what is being said without understanding why. We have all said ourselves or heard others state, "Was it something I said?" or "What did I say?" as someone gets up from the table and exits the room....right? Well, now you will know! :-)
After grapsing this section, the summary goes on to explain what I feel is the most useful part of the entire book...applying the principles to your everyday life. Techniques, strategies, and examples for how to do this are given as a guide that are easy to understand and relatable to all. It's now up to the listener to follow-through with the given information. How bad do you want to win friends and influence people? Well, probably quite a bit if you are still reading this. :-)
The narration is PERFECT for this book. Mike Norgaard's voice is stable, controlled, and very easy to understand from beginning to end. His pleasant and inviting tone assures me that he has taken into consideration all the principles in this book! He does an excellent job in presenting the information to listeners in a way that keeps us listening right up to the very end. His professionalism and knowledge on the topic drew me in right away, and never once did I doubt what he was saying was true. I would recommend his work based on this alone, and I plan to seek out more from him as a narrator! Great job, sir!
The information in this audiobook is priceless. The summary breaks down the full book in less than an hour, has no technical listening errors, and gives you everything you need to work on becoming a better person, friend, colleague, and in my case, a better teacher to my students. I recommend it to those who have not read the book, but would like to, as well as to those who have read the book, but would like some quick reminders. I rate it 5-stars across the board. Thank you so much for one of the most helpful and beneficial audiobooks I have listened to in a long time!
Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope it was helpful. :-)

I have not read/listened the full book yet, and I’m glad that I chose to do this summary first.
I have a strong feeling that the full book (like many other books) will just go over more success stories and further elaboration on the key points listed in the summary, and will not have more concrete material.
Great narrator voice, and very good investment of about an hour of my time.
