Summary

The way we think and feel not only determines our vulnerability to disease, but which diseases we get and whether or not we recover from them. From a pioneer in the field of psychoneuroimmunology - the relationship between the brain, body, and immune system - Superimmunity explains how to activate the disease-fighting Supersystem within you. You'll learn specific methods to prolong your life, how to recognize and control your heart-attack and cancer prone emotions, how to make stress work for you, and how to turn on your Supersystem and turn off disease.

So, so

Great beginning - first half, lots of good scientifically proven stuff in a humoristic and very easyly applicable way. Only - it doesn't last. It ends up being excercises in meditation/self-hypnosis. If I'd wanted that, I would have bought myself a book about mindfulness.
