Probably the most positive book about giving up booze I’ve read yet!

This book has completely changed my view of alcohol. I have gone from a bottle a night (and two a night at weekends to none - 2 weeks and counting. I haven’t set out to give it up completely, just cut down considerably, but the benefits I have experienced, spoken of in this book are just too fantastic to give up! The boys speak honestly and with total understanding to all of us “go hard or go home” drinkers. I can’t thank them enough.

Might work for some

Performance and recording is good. Content is a little bit laddish and like an emphatically upbeat piece of lifestyle content marketing. I can see how this would appeal to others but it’s just not for me.
