I have used it a little over a week now, and I love it. After a bad day when I was really stressed I still didn't fall asleep, but then at least it helped me relax. Otherwise i'm out pretty quick. Great!
Best if your player supports 'chapters' because the first 2 chapters are introduction and explanation so after once or twice you'll want to go straight to chapter 3 and into the relaxation.

"The ABC of Better Sleep" by Max Kirsten
For many months I have had difficulty sleeping. I decided to try this title. It has been a revelation, the techniques that Max suggests were very helpful and I have enjoyed much better nights sleep.
