Not for Females or if you have minimal fat to lose
Not discussing that losing fat from your girth will make your penis look larger...oh and that abs can improve your sex life because it improves the thrusting action...really?? This book is marketed at Males and females however the pep talks are focused purely on a mans ego.
Like most diet books..talks about cleaning up your diet, cutting out the crap and exercise using resistance and HIIT. Ok ...anybody with 20 + lbs to lose who incorporates these habits will lose weight not rocket science. But what if you are like me, a female figure athlete, who has minimal weight to lose but retains fat around the abdominal.. this is the ab diet after all? If you have been training/competing for a while this book cannot tell you a thing that you do not know already and is just another money making run of the mill, churn them out common sense diet book with an attention grabbing title.
