Great ideas for lasting change

I enjoyed this book. It reaffirmed much I have learned, but gave many new ideas for implementation. Well definitely be listening again and again.

Great strategies!

I like how this book gives strategies on how to deal with dieting in the difficulties of it. In ways that can be applied and work well.

Felt like I was being talked down to

While there may be some good tips included in this book, there's nothing new. Tips include using affirmations, keeping a journal, etc. What I really didn't care for is how I was being "talked down to" by the authors throughout the book. The intention, apparently, was to make it interesting as there just isn't enough material to fill a whole book. There's lots of fluff and it seemed like a book for a 3rd grader. I got a little more than half way through trying to force myself to finish it, but just couldn't go on.
