it's a cookbook
If you're looking for someone to read a cookbook to you, this is what you're looking for.
1st chapter had very basic information on the diet, mostly anecdotal not statistical or scientific. The rest of book provided recipes.
Personally, I wanted more "why's" but otherwise grab a pen and write down your favorite recipe to try.
