If there was an award for stating the blindingly obvious, this book would win it. If there was a medal for taking the most convoluted route to say something simple, it would surely get a gold.
Tips such as doing a google search to find guided meditations online are hardly insightful. Some of the advice made me laugh out loud. Who on earth would bother getting a special programmable device so your lights come on on the morning. A bedside lamp does the job just fine.
Basically the advice is get up an hour early, brush your teeth, drink a glass of water, meditate, do some stretches, write. That's it!

Just finished listening this morning and I've already committed to starting it again on this afternoon's commute. That's a first for me.
I expected tips on how to make my writing habit a successful habit instead of a chore I only start to enjoy 15 minutes before my schedule forces me to stop...which makes it easy to avoid the next day.
Well I got all that and a whole lot more. Imbalready benefitting from the very easy steps for self motivation, which start from the night before. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is struggling to hone their craft, and want to commit to attaining higher productivity and profit.
