Very helpful

A Great read that explains the causes and symptoms of anxiety/panic attacks.
The author gives an insight into how and why your body and mind react to your anxious thoughts, as well as explaining how to overcome them. This really helped me over the line with my anxiety problem and I can thoroughly recommend this title.

THIS IS A MUST READ

I have listened to this audio book about 5 times. it is incredible how a change in thought pattern can actually control and prevent a panic attack. I have had panic attacks for 5 years and first read this 2 months ago. I am now going through the desensitisation Jeff talks about. I believe I will be back to where I was before because of this book
