Summary
Most people are stuck. Every day we seem to just go through the motions, following our usual routine without ever stopping and thinking why we do what we do, or what we'd rather be doing instead. But sometimes, we have that one day - that Perfect Day - where everything just clicks. We feel great. We are unstoppable. And at the end of it we think, "Why can't every day be like this?"

Hidden Back Story Leading to Deceptive Promises
I’m gonna to try and keep my disappointment at bay long enough to allow me to make my point.
I first heard about Craig through Bedros K (A popular fitness business coach).
So when I realised one of Craig’s books were on Audible, I didn’t hesitate to use my monthly credit to get it.
However…
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement but let me start with the good.
Some of the concepts are good. Not as life altering as Craig makes out but good none the less. Specifically working on your big task early, ideally before most people are awake (giving you freedom from most distractions).
The experience was generally really good. I enjoyed listening to the book.
But even with the high quality of the audiobook performance and the useful concepts dotted throughout, I’m thoroughly disappointed.
Even to the point were I’ll probably be staying away from Craig’s and Bedros’s books, programs and information.
Let me explain…
Throughout the book Craig keep expelling the virtues of his system. It’s ability to help you get more done, take less time doing it and spend more time with your family.
Only to find out in the last 10 mins of a 2+ hour book that his working hours are 4am til 4pm with 1/2 hours to break up his working day… oh and 6 hours on a Saturday.
That means, 10 hours a day (discounting 2 per day) plus the 6 hours on a Saturday. This means a 56 hour working week. Not to mention he goes to bed by 8pm each night.
I appreciate he has the right to choose how much he works but from everything I learnt, I’d say there was actually very little to say this will give you more time with family.
Not into my main issue…
Craig told many personal stories within this book and to my dismay, I’d heard many of them before, word for word.
Enter Bedros K…
Now let me be clear, I understand the purpose of these stories is to enhance your learning and increase your retention of the knowledge.
But when they are telling a personal story about a trip to an emergency room believing they had a heart attack only to learn it’s a panic attack though stress…
I cannot help but question it.
I did wonder if it was a coincidence but after several copied stories, I knew this was a blatant lie to the reader.
My only understanding as to why they would tell you this story is to validate the success of their system/book they are trying to sell (FYI all of which have higher ticket programs that they want you on).
So in my mind, if their back story around their systems (aka the proof of that it works) is a lie then I cannot trust the information given out.
In summery:
Get up 1/2 hours earlier and start work on your most important tasks that will push you forward. No email, social media or messages for those special 1/2 hours and you will genuinely make more progress and feel better.
However this information isn’t new and my personal opinion is that in future get your information from a reputable source.

Came over from Bedros Youtube - And wasn’t disappointed
Enjoyed it, short and to the point with a clear strategy and actionable actions to take. Seems like a down to earth guy and Id love to sit next to him on a flight;)

Good content but heard it before
Craig is a good guy and this is the right stuff but he really does go on... and on. The premise of the book is simple which is good, but it does ramble on. Although it provides some breakdowns of how you you use is real life the audio version could use some accompanying pdfs and notes to help readers plan their 'perfect day'.
His other book 'unstoppabl'e has the same content but is the one to have in my opionin.
Thanks for your work Craig, it is good stuff

Great book
I read alot of these books so well into the concepts and read almost every guru but really enjoyed the book as a motivational tool and for productivity management. Reminded me of most important tasks and processes that are necessary for progress. Thank you for sharing your perfect day formula. Enjoyable read.

Fantastic Read
I thought that this book was excellent. Craig really helps when it comes to dealing with overwhelm, anxiety and focus. Definitely on my “listen again” list. Thanks Craig.
