Difficult listen
I’ve listened to similar books based around the same subject.
Although what was being said was interesting and insightful. I found it a hard listen

Interesting
I think the concept in this book is interesting to say the least with some interesting examples. I will certainly try the visualisation before bed, even if it’s to prove it wrong. 😬😬

A must for those who are not living and being who they want to be.This book is simple and straightforward to understand....a little practice will make perfect and permanent .... Since birth we have all been conditioned by well-meaning and often unmindful teachers...our parent/s , school teachers, religion, environment, custom and tradition , gossip , worthless opions and much more .Year after year from infant school to adulthood theses outside influences bombard
us from all directions thus unconsciously shaping a seemingly fix psychological mindset.....a mindset of who and what we think and believe we are are which in turn is reflected in the outta-world through the medium of our senses. Most of us are unconscious of This fact and so suffer the consequences of our conditioning....not for a moment ever realising that we can create the life...world we choose to experience by a change of consciousness.... is it easy? no not at the beginning.....first listen, learn and fully understand this book to get it's meaning. Consider....really consider and get realistic about what you want to have, do, and be ...go over your desires as often as you like .... remodifly them until you get the feeling of naturalness....then assume the feeling of the wish/desire fulfilled.... be patient. the axiom " if at first you don't succeed try...try again " still holds true.
Final thought: You are born alone....You live alone...and You will depart alone.... nobody will ever know whether you succeeded in fulfilling your dreams...or were happy....or I would add care whether you were happy & successful ! So take full possession of yourself and be all that you dreamed you would be or want to be. look at evey area of your life and ask ..."am I happy with this or that?" and if you could change 'this or that' what would that change look and feel like, then change it..by using the power of imagination....God , higher self, infinite intelligence ( call it what you will) is your own wonderful human imagination...trust it.
There is only ONE power in life and that power is you.... have a great life....the best...nothing less.
