What would have made The Solution to Social Anxiety: Break Free from the Shyness That Holds You Back better?

If you have struggled with anxiety and shyness and tried to get rid of those, then you would have already done everything this book says. Nothing new or surprising. The book is only filled with stories of other sufferers. Stories that many people could easily relate to. That's it. No convincing "solution" to be seen/heard from this book. I suggest that you should just put yourself in more uncomfortable social situations and eventually you will get used to it. Avoid this book. :)

A must for sufferers of Social Anxiety & Shyness!

Picked this book up after suffering from Social Anxiety and depression for as far back as I can remember. That's a lot of pain in 43 years !

Following the exercises and taking on board all the advice has helped me overcome a particularly difficult time in my life ! I no longer fear meeting new people or become overwhelmed in crowds or endure the constant abuse of my 'Self Critic!'

This has been my Anxieties silver bullet ! I really hope it works for you to !
